Shipping Methods – All shipping is done Monday to Friday.
Shipping within United States and Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands:
Ground Shipping - Depending on the size of your package and where you live, ground shipping will be done either by U.S. Postal Service or U.P.S. service. Smaller packages are generally sent by First Class or Priority Mail (3-5 days). Packages over two pounds are sent by U.P.S. First Class U S Postal Service will apply to ALL shipments to a PO Box.
2nd Day Air Shipping or overnight delivery by U.P.S. - U.P.S. 2nd Day or Overnight Air shipping is available at the higher cost as charged by U.P.S. 2nd Day and Overnight Air Shipping orders received over a weekend will be shipped on Monday. International Shipping. Shipments to Canada will be sent via U.P.S., DHL or U.S. Postal Service with shipping fees added to your total. Shipments to APO addresses are sent via Priority mail with shipping fees added to your total.
International shipments will be shipped via U.P.S. or D.H.L. We will advise the cost of the shipping prior to sending your order. There are no extra handling charges imposed for international shipments. We will ship International orders upon email or fax approval of the shipping costs and method. Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country. Any return package due to the refusal of the customer to pay levied custom duties or taxes will be charged the freight and only the merchandise amount will be credited back to your account.
No Hassle Return Policy At La Leche League International Intimates & Babywear, we’re happy when you’re happy. We hope that you’ll be 100% pleased with your purchase, however we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange something. You may return unworn, unlaundered items, EXCEPT PANTIES within 30 days of delivery. (Returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right not to accept returns that are damaged including stains from deodorant and transfers of perfume odor). Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact. Due to health code regulations we can not accept the return on any panty or thong unless the package is unopened.
We will process your return / exchange within 10 business days and notify you once we have done so. If you requested a refund, we will process it in the same manner as the original payment.
Return / Exchange Shipping Fees You are responsible for return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, please return the items immediately and we will pay all shipping. It is important that the items remain unworn, unopened, and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error.
How To Return Your Purchase Please follow these steps to successfully return your purchase:
• Replace the item in the packaging in which it was received. • Please use a sturdy box or protective shipping envelope to prevent damage while in transit. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us. • To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a pre-paid, insured and traceable method (such as UPS, FedEx, Certified mail or another method) where you receive a shipping slip that can be used to trace the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary. Many carries offer low cost ground shipping and allow you to trace your delivery.

FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To initiate a return, please login into your account and select "Your Order History". Select which order you would like to return, either partially or in whole. Once the request has been completly filled out and submitted, our Returns Dept. will evaluate your claim and upon acceptance, initiate a RMA or Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please be sure to include the original packing slip or a copy with your return and indicate if you want a refund or an exchange.
Return Fees:
Sometimes your return may be subject to a repacking or re-stocking fee. Following are the situations under which these fees may apply: Orders returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee if return is accepted. Please note that we have the right to refuse any return if it does not meet the Return Guidelines.
Customs Fees:
